Our Story

Imogen West started Agile Counsel in March 2021 after working on commercial documentation for smaller organisations.

She wanted to make the route from an owner's instructions to a usable contract less cumbersome. Early projects involved service agreements and terms for local suppliers.

Today, Agile Counsel provides commercial contract drafting and review for small businesses across Bristol and the West of England, working with owners who need to understand the commitments in a supplier, customer or collaboration agreement before signing it.
